Seafood Gumbo
Ingredients:

3 celery stalks

1 green bell pepper

1 onion

4 garlic cloves

500 g okra
-
500 g shrimp
-
2 packs (340 g each) crab meat

1 pack (340 g) mussel meat

2 cans (400 g each) chopped tomatoes

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
-
2 L chicken broth
-
1 tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp paprika
-
2 bay leaves
-
150 g butter
-
180 g flour
-
Rice for serving
Instructions:
1️⃣ Place the Dutch oven over hot glowing coals. Add the butter and let it melt. Then add the flour and stir continuously until you get a golden roux.
2️⃣ Add celery, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened. Then add the okra and let it cook further.
3️⃣ Add the seafood and let it simmer for a few minutes.
4️⃣ Add the tomatoes, spices, and chicken broth. Stir everything well and bring to a simmer.
5️⃣ Cover the Dutch oven and let the gumbo cook gently over the coals for at least 2 hours.
6️⃣ Remove the bay leaves, serve the gumbo hot over rice, and enjoy your delicious meal!
