Beef Goulash with Carrots
Ingredients:

800 g beef goulash meat

2 tbsp oil

2 large onions, roughly chopped

3 garlic cloves, chopped

4 large carrots, sliced

2 tbsp paprika powder

1 tbsp tomato paste

500 ml beef broth

200 ml red wine
-
2 bay leaves

Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

Season the beef goulash with salt and pepper.

Prepare all ingredients and preheat your cast iron pot on the stove.
2. Sear the meat:

Heat oil in the cast iron pot over medium-high heat.

Brown the beef in batches until all sides are nicely seared. Remove and set aside.

In the same pot, sauté onions and carrots until lightly browned, about 5–7 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
